Warranties and Liabilities
We stand behind our products with a 30-day money back guarantee. All products manufactured by Metal Point are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the product’s lifetime. Interlake Mecalux Inc specifically disclaims any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Interlake Mecalux Inc accept liability for any damages, including consequential, indirect, or special lost profits, arising out of the use or inability to use any products. Interlake Mecalux Inc’s damages are limited exclusively to product replacement or return of purchase price. Products sold by Interlake Mecalux Inc are designed to meet stated U.S. safety standards and regulations. Because local safety standards and regulations vary, Interlake Mecalux Inc cannot guarantee that our products meet all applicable requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes responsibility for compliance with such safety standards and regulations in those localities in which the products will be shipped, sold and used. MSDS sheets are available for certain products upon request.
Assembly & Safety Instructions. Along with your order you will receive assembly and safety instructions for the proper installation of the product(s) you ordered. If you do not receive the safety and assembly instruction with your order, please contact us immediately. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THE PRODUCT without the assembly and safety instructions. The product could be damaged or injuries could occur. Any missing assembly and safety instruction will be provided to you in the most expedient means available, e.g., via e-mail or facsimile
