How to assemble a Rivet Rack?
Assembling our boltless rivet shelves is quick and easy. For Metal Point 2, it is necessary to first place plastic foot covers on the bottom of each post. To put the structure of the rack together, the lower side beams and upper side beams must be positioned using a nylon mallet. Before tapping the pieces, it is important to make sure that the side beams are placed at a 90° angle with respect to the post. Once installed, the four remaining levels of side beams are placed. Next, the cross beams of the lower level are attached in the same manner as the side beams, which should be positioned at the same level. Before placing all the cross beams, the shelves should be inserted. Then, lastly, the next levels should be mounted from bottom to top.
The process for assembling Metal Point Plus Rivet Rack is very similar. Plastic foot covers must also be placed on the bottom of each post. Next, the lower side beams are positioned in the structure using a nylon mallet, starting from the bottom to the top. As with Metal Point 2, it is necessary to make sure the side beams are placed at a 90° angle with respect to the post. Then, the cross beams are placed so they stay joined to the post and side beam of the corresponding level. A center support is inserted in the middle of each level using a nylon mallet to strengthen the structure. When the shelf's structure is put together, a particle board or melamine panel is fitted into each level. It’s that simple!
